MANAGE NEWSLETTER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Click on https://us22.admin.mailchimp.com/templates/ and sign in with provided username and password.
2. You will see the listed email templates, to the right of the template , click on the drop down arrow next to edit , choose Create Email
3. you will see a similar interface to sending a regular email, Click edit name on the top and name it, for example newsletter 10/10/19 morillo (so we know who sent it)
3. in the TO section, click edit recipients on the right. under Send TO , leave it at All subscribers if you wish to send it to all members, or choose ACTIVE or RETIRED. click Save
4. in the SUBJECT section, click add subject on the right. example subject “WNY PBA NEWSLETTER 10/10/19” , so multiple emails dont end up with the same subject. click save
5. in the SEND TIME section, you can leave it at send now or schedule it a different date by clicking edit send time. click save
6. in the CONTENT section, you can edit the body of your email by clicking edit design on the right, when done editing, choose save and exit on the right corner.
6. Preview the email by viewing it on the right, or choosing preview
7. On the Top right choose Send, You are Done!!
